Getting set up on the MOMS platform is fast and straightforward. Most MAPs are fully active and receiving patients within days of applying.
Fill out the MAP Network demo form. Tell us about your facility type, location, collection capabilities, and staff credentials. A MOMS team member will schedule a virtual platform demo.
The MOMS team reviews your credentials and capabilities, completes the onboarding process, and activates your MAP portal account. You’ll complete the Sticklogistics® training program to ensure collection quality across the network.
Once active and connected with Labs, patients can schedule appointments at your MAP. They arrive with their kit and lab-specific prep instructions. You perform the draw, prepare the specimen for shipment, and MOMS handles payment automatically — no invoicing required.
